Hello everyone!
I invite you to visit the castle "Castello Sforzesco", which is located in the center of Milan, northwest of Piazza il Duomo. First, a little history. The castle dates back to the 15th century and was built on a square plan by Francesco Sforza on the remains of fortifications from the 14th century. It was also rebuilt several times and reconstructed in the years 1890–1905 (different sources give different dates), then after the destruction of World War II it was rebuilt again.

Zapraszam na zwiedzanie zamku "Castello Sforzesco", który znajduje się w centrum Mediolanu na północny zachód od Piazza il Duomo. Na początek trochę historii. Zamek pochodzi z XV wieku i został zbudowany na planie kwadratu przez Francesco Sforzę na pozostałościach fortyfikacji z XIV wieku. Był również kilkukrotnie przebudowywany oraz w latach 1890–1905 zrekonstruowany (różne źródła podają różny zakres dat), następnie po zniszczeniach z II wojny światowej ponownie został odbudowany.
The main entrance is located on the south-eastern side, i.e. from Piazza il Duomo. In the photo on the left there is the Santo Spirito Tower, on the right the Carmine Tower, and in the middle the Filaret Tower.
Główne wejście znajduje się od strony południowo-wschodniej, czyli od strony od Piazza il Duomo. Na zdjęciu po lewej stronie znajduje się Wieża Santo Spirito, po prawej Wieża Karminowa, natomiast w środku Wieża Filareta.
In front of the main gate is the Piazza Castello Fountain, which is a popular meeting place.
Przed główną bramą znajduje się Fontanna na Piazza Castello, która jest popularnym miejscem spotkań.
After passing through the gate under the tower, we enter a huge courtyard.
Po przejściu bramą pod wieżą wchodzimy na ogromny dziedziniec.
Bona Tower. The safest part of the castle, where Bona di Savoia took refuge in 1476.
Wieża Bony. Najbezpieczniejsza część zamku, gdzie schroniła się w 1476 roku Bona di Savoia.

The Filaret Tower visible from the courtyard. It was through the gate under this tower that we entered the castle.
Wieża Filareta widoczna od strony dziedzińca. To przez bramę pod tą więżą weszliśmy na teren zamku.
The photo again shows the Bona Tower and the passage to the next courtyard. In front of the tower there is a statue of San Giovanni Nepomuceno.
Ponownie na zdjęciu Wieża Bony i przejście na kolejny dziedziniec. Przed wieżą stoi posąg San Giovanni Nepomuceno.
Ducal Court ("La Corte Ducale"). This is where we found ourselves after passing through the gate next to the Bona tower. Behind the back there is a passage to another courtyard.
Dwór Książęcy ("La Corte Ducale"). Tutaj się znaleźliśmy po przejściu przez bramę obok wieży Bony. Za plecami jest przejście na kolejny dziedziniec.
Rocchetta's courtyard is the third courtyard and the smallest.
Dziedziniec Rocchetty jest to trzeci dziedziniec i zarazem najmniejszy.
