It started with leftover rice at home, and I was confused about what to process it into, I wanted to make fried rice, I felt like I had made it very often almost every morning, so I took the initiative to process it into a snack, I had made this rice snack before, but it had been a long time ago, I forgot the recipe, what ingredients I would put in, luckily my mother was still there, she always remembered the recipes or snacks I wanted to make hehe

I am indeed very lucky to have a mother who is good at cooking and always remembers recipes as if she never forgets them, because she also likes to cook or make wet or dry cakes, maybe from her hobby it also passed down to me, her child who also likes to cook, especially making cakes.

and as a result I just made a snack from last night's leftover rice, this is not stale rice, my friends, it's just last night's leftover rice that I didn't finish eating, so in the morning I really wanted to eat a snack from this rice, because usually it's fried, but today I didn't feel like eating fried rice.

Okay, you're curious about how I process this leftover rice into a delicious and savory snack with ingredients that are very easy to get, they're definitely in our kitchen, hehe

Materials used

150 grams of rice
200 grams of tapioca flour
A pinch of salt
2 cloves of garlic
4 red cayenne peppers
1 stalk of celery
1/2 piece of turmeric

Manufacturing procedure

First

First of all, I started to grind the shallots, garlic and cayenne pepper until smooth, then I added it to the rice and I also ground the rice by pounding it and I also didn't forget to add salt.

Second

I put flour into the rice dough, kneaded it until it was smooth, didn't add celery leaves, and I flattened the dough.

RESULTS

and this is the result, this snack made from cooked rice is ready to be enjoyed, it is really very crispy, and if it is rolled thinly again maybe it can be made into crackers, but I rolled it not too thin so it doesn't look like crackers. but the level of crispiness is indeed very crispy even though I didn't dry it first

This snack is really very crunchy, plus the dipping sauce makes it even tastier, to enjoy it,

Of course everyone likes it, making use of yesterday's leftover rice rather than wasting it and throwing it away, so if you have leftover rice, you can make snacks like this.
