Hola amigos de #hive y #actifit por aqui Samy. Hoy les comparto mi reporte sobre lo que hice el día de ayer. El día de fue un día algo relax, me quedé en casa hice mis deberes y lo mejor fue escuchar música mientras limpiaba un poco la casa. Fue un día tranquilo y ya es hora de celebrar por que oficialmente termine mi pasantía y me dieron mi carta de finalización solo debo llevarla mañana a mi escuela.
Hello friends of #hive and #actifit, Samy here. Today I'm sharing my report on what I did yesterday. It was a somewhat relaxing day. I stayed home, did my homework, and the best part was listening to some music while I cleaned the house a little. It was a relaxing day, and it's time to celebrate because I officially finished my internship and received my completion letter. I just have to bring it to my school tomorrow.
El día de ayer lo aproveche para descansar realmente no sé pero me sentia más cansada de lo habitual, me tome mi tiempo para ordenar mi habitación y organizarme, eso me ayuda a pensar mejor y liberar estrés. Para la tarde había programado ir a trotar y por supuesto sacar a mi perrito a pasear.
Yesterday I took advantage of the day to rest—I don't know if I really was—but I felt more tired than usual. I took some time to clean my room and get organized. It helps me think better and relieve stress. For the afternoon, I had planned to go jogging and, of course, take my dog for a walk.
Sin esperarlo el clima cambio rápido y empezó a llover un poco, esperé algunos minutos mientras me alistaba y la tarde empezó a caer. No queria dejar mal a Panterin ya que se había emocionado cuando le dije que lo llevaria de paseo, está actividad lo ayuda a recrearse, quemar energía y estrés. Me coloque un enorme sueter y cuando salí a la platanbanda no pude evitar emocionarme por el enorme arcoiris frente ami.
Unexpectedly, the weather changed quickly, and it started to rain a little. I waited a few minutes while I got ready, and then the afternoon began to fall. I didn't want to let Panterin down, since he'd been excited when I told him I'd take him for a walk. This activity helps him relax and burn off energy and stress. I put on a huge sweater, and when I walked out into the banana plantation, I couldn't help but be excited by the enormous rainbow in front of me.
Este fue el mejor arcoiris que he visto en mi vida, les aseguro que en persona es una belleza por apreciar pero me esforce en sacar buenas fotos para traerles y que también compartan de esta alegría conmigo, así que luego de una sesión de fotos de salida y en el camino llegamos a la cancha para llevar a cabo el paseo y el trote.
This was the best rainbow I've ever seen. I assure you that in person it's a beauty to be appreciated, but I made an effort to take good photos to bring back so you can share this joy with me. So, after a photo session at the start and on the way, we arrived at the course to take part in the walk and jog.
Esta vez quise trotar dentro de la cancha y no rodeandola como hago habitualmente ya que la calle estaba algo sola. Aunque si vi que aunque aún había algo de lluvia habían algunos chicos jugando fútbol, no quise molestarlos así que hice mi trote respetando su espacio de juego. Nunca habia trotado bajo la lluvia fue una experiencia nueva y buena y lo que fue más increíble es que no me enferme. Me gustó este día sin duda. Cuentenme si les gustaron las fotos y traeré más, les mando un abrazo. Bye!
This time I decided to jog inside the field, not around it like I usually do, since the street was a bit deserted. Although I did notice that there were some kids playing soccer even though it was still raining, I didn't want to disturb them, so I jogged respecting their playing space. I'd never jogged in the rain before; it was a new and enjoyable experience, and what was even more incredible was that I didn't get sick. I definitely enjoyed this day.
