Hello there! @saydie here, manually playing Splinterlands every day!
Conclave Arcana is the newest chapter in the growing world of Splinterlands. As the sixth core set, it contains 85+ cards, 11 new abilities, ultra-rare card foils, and a new mechanic that lets Archons to summon units from different elements through their bloodline as well as give them an exclusive ability. Throughout the previous weeks, I've been looking at different bloodlines and how the archons could synergize with the units when using this new game mechanics.
In this post, I want to talk about the Drakoshan Bloodline, which has the lowest number of units with the same bloodline within the Conclave Arcana set.
The Drakoshan Bloodline
The Drakoshans are humanoids with draconic blood in their veins. As a result, draconic features can be seen in their bodies such as dragon-like heads, scales of different colors, spines and frills webbed by skins, wings, and tails. Drakoshans are highly intelligent and can live for 500 to 700 years so they have an innate passion for knowledge. Their societies are highly militaristic in nature and value hierarchy.
Most of the Drakoshans can be found in the Gloridax Empire which laid its claims to much of the northern portion of the Northern Highlands and continues to expand within Pristine Northwest.
In Conclave Arcana, the Drakoshan that has become the first Archon was Kavor Skarn. A rare Archon that only costs 3 mana, which is by far the lowest among all the Conclave Arcana Archons. It is also currently the only Archon for the Dragon element that can be used in Little League rulset in the modern format. For its bloodline skill, it gives +1 speed on all units that share the same bloodline with it, but for global skills or abilities that units who does not share the same bloodline can use, it doesn't have any. Overall, it's not a powerful archon, but it certainly has its uses.

Conclave Arcana Drakoshan Units
For the Drakoshan units in Conclave Arcana, there are only 2 units that are available. The first one is from the core set, which is a dragon element, and the second is a fire element promo card that can be purchased in the voucher shop. So technically, when were talking about the core set, there is only 1 card with the Drakoshan Bloodline, making it the bloodline with the least number of cards.

Aside from the 2 Drakoshans, there are also three other Conclave Arcana units that can benefit from the Bloodline Dominion ability of Kavor Skarn, and that was because they have the Shapeshift ability, making these cards of the same bloodline.

All in all, there are 5 units that can synergize and get the Execute ability through Kavor Skarn's Bloodline Dominion.
Drakoshan Units from Other Sets
Foundation Set
Well, the Foundation set has given us a Drakoshan unit for the death element, but given that it's a Foundation card, its stats were fairly low for its mana cost and that we can only use this card at level one until it becomes available in packs and as rewards, but even still, I don't see this card to get much stronger.
Rebellion

Meanwhile, Rebellion has 4 cards that can use the Bloodline ability of Kavor Skarn, with 3 of them being melee units while the other one is a range unit. Also, two of those cards are soulbound rewards that you can still get in the rewards shop until they get replaced within the next 2-3 months.
Chaos Legion

For Chaos Legion, there are three cards with the Drakoshan Bloodline, two of which are range and one melee. All of them are dragon units.
Untamed

There are also some Drakoshan units in the Untamed. Two melee, one range which surprisingly has some good synergies.
Beta
What's surprising though, is that there is a Drakoshan unit in the Beta set, but it was not from the core set and rather was a promo card.
Closing
And that was my initial assessment of the Drakoshan Bloodline of Conclave Arcana. The additional speed is wonderful indeed, and will always be nice to have, but without many units that can utilize it, since it was only available for Drakoshan units, the archon can't really have full use of its ability, and its main use would be on extremely low mana battles. Maybe we can expect more Drakoshan units when the new rewards cards are released, but until that, Drakoshan will be the weakest Bloodline in Conclave Arcana.
Thank you and see you on the next post!
