Paneer ki Sabzi
Paneer ki sabzi is a favorite for Indian vegetarians. The gravy of paneer ki sabzi is a premium restaurant gravy. Many tasty vegetables can be made with this gravy. Paneer ki sabzi is included in the menu of every restaurant.
In this recipe, we will use fresh paneer. Paneer is the main source of protein. Paneer is used in both sweet and salty food. Everyone likes paneer in my house. Paneer is made two days a week.

Method:-
First of all, put the Paneer in hot water and keep it for 10 minutes

This makes the Paneer soft. When the Paneer becomes soft, cut it in the shape of your choice.
Now to make the gravy, peel and chop the onion. Similarly, wash and chop the tomatoes. Put half a teaspoon of oil in a pan.
When it is hot, add bay leaves, chopped onion,
Add chopped tomatoes, garlic, ginger piece, some cashew pieces

When all these become soft, then cool them and put them in the grinder jar and make a paste
Now again add half a teaspoon of oil in the pan and add all the dry spices
(red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder, turmeric, paneer masala) and cook
