A special greeting to the Vibes community. I've missed singing something to you, and as always, I like to push my limits and get out of my comfort zone—to put it simply: to do something different. This time, I'm singing a song in a third language that I still have a 100% command of, but at least I understand what its beautiful lyrics express, and that's enough to be able to express through my voice what I feel when I sing it. It's not the kind of song where I showcase my high notes or my vibratos so beloved by those who follow and support me, but it's the perfect song for a week where we're free to sing a personal song tailored to our needs.
Un saludo especial a la comunidad de Vibes. Ya extrañaba cantarles algo y como siempre, me gusta romper mis limites y salirme de la zona de confort, para decirlo de una forma más fácil: hacer algo diferente. Esta vez les canto una canción en un tercer idioma que aun domino al 100% pero que al menos entiendo lo que expresa su hermosa letra y con eso basta para poder expresarles a traves de mi voz lo que siento al cantarla. No es la tipoca canción donde muestros mis agudos ni mis vibratos tan amados por los que me siguen y poyan pero es la canción perfecta para una semana donde somos libres de cantar una tematica personal y a nuestra medida.
What I like most and what caught my attention about the vossanova genre from the Brazilian giant is that, whether you like it or not, it forces you to nuance your voice and not always want to sing with that strength that musical labels tend to separate the "good" singers from the "bad" ones. I believe that you don't always have to sing a song where you necessarily show the full extent of your range, but rather choose one that fulfills you, frees you, and where you can be YOU, because that's the only way you can give the audience that dedicates their time to see and hear your performance.

Lo que más me gusta y me captó la atención del género vossanova del gigante Brasil, es que quieras o no quieras te obliga a matizar la voz y no siempre querer cantar con esa fortaleza que las etiquetas musicales tienden a separar a los "buenos" canantes de los "malos". Soy partidaria de que no siempre tienes que hacer una canción donde necesariamente muestres la extesión completa de tu registro, sino escoger esa que te llene, te libere y donde puedas ser TU, porque solo eso le regalas al público que dedica su tiempo a ver y escuchar tu interpretación.
