friday fun Lumibricks Izakaya
First Let me wish those in the United States A happy 4th of July Weekend
Continuing with my Fun Friday post sharing the sets I am building, this weeks it the LUmibricks Set Izakaya which has 1987 pieces and was such a fun build.
as I hope they photos will show it has so many super cool details, and the lighting is brilliant.
IT is part of the Cyber PUnk Neoncity Series, which I had not been that interested in and havent bought any others in this series, but I thought it looked so cool, and plan to set it up beside a Bamboo HOuse set which I havent built yet as I think they will go well together
Not sure what I was thinking when I took the photos of this set, I only took one shot of the full build and will start with that

the lighting in this is so cool one of the bets I have done
this part on top of one of the buildings is a lobster type thing, some in the online group said they had issues getting this part built, but I got lucky i guess it went together easily for me

All the characters in this set have stories about them in the instruction book
Such as these two on the left is Shunji Miyamoto
Once a sworsdman known as Iron BLade, now a humble Izakay Owner and sushi master. The scare by his eye and the stubble on his face tell the story of a forgotten legend, His salmon filleting skills are unmatched
and on the right is Changfeng Li
Shabby Clothes and a liquor soaked nose, once a legend now a drunkard. His self taught drunken boxing is alike a drago soaring in the sky, and his glazed eyes hide the past glory and present decline.
Now not in the book but my own thinking, I feel Shunji is trying to give some assistance to Changfeng and help him to get his life back on track, watched closey by the robot dog which is standing up again in this photo
