Sunrise on East Beach
Good Morning, today I will share a few shots of a walk I took on East Beach here in New Bedford recently, have had some nice mornings of recent so been able to get out for a few sunrise walks for me the best way to start the day.
Not today however as i type this we are having a windy morning gusting to 50 miles an hour so not a good morning for heading out for a walk.
The morning i took these i parked in Fort Tabor near the pier you can see in the background, I was ther eearly and it was still dark so walked around the fort and as it started to get lighter walked out of the park and onto Eats beach and got these shots.
This first one just as the start of the beacvh the greenery and rock wall going out in the water seperates East Beach and Fort Tabor beach

East beach is a very popular beach in summer, especially on weekends when it is packed with people on a nice day, personally i hate crowds so havent been there on a nice summers day, must prefer the peace and quiet whern I visit ther ein the early morning

I think there are three Life guard staions on the beach, great they have that to help protect swimmers there.
