How are you, Good night to all my dear friends. As usual, I wish that today is the best day, the most successful day for you/me. Today is a holiday for us Sri Lankans. So today I made a delicious snack for my family. It is really tasty and crispy. We call this 'Cream Cracker Cutlet'.Children love to eat biscuits. But instead of eating this biscuit in the same way every day, if we can add a different flavor to it and eat it in a different way, it will bring a very different taste.So let's see how to make this delicious snack.

Ingredients;

  • About ten cream cracker biscuits
  • Two teaspoons of chilli pieces
  • A teaspoon of salt powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of pepper powder
  • Three tablespoons of plain flour
  • Four tablespoons of water

  • 50g of breadcrumbs

  • Average size of boiled and mashed two potatoes
  • A large onion cut into very small pieces
  • A handful of finely chopped curry leaves
  • Two cloves
  • Two pods of cardamom
  • Two green chillies, finely chopped
  • Two or three cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 200ml of oil

The method of making;

Now heat a pan and add oil and when the oil heats add cardamom and cloves.

Next add chopped garlic and curry leaves.

Add chopped green chillies and fry for about thirty seconds.

Then add turmeric powder and salt powder to it.

Stir for about a minute and add pepper powder and chilli pieces in low flame.

Add the mashed potatoes and mix.

Stir for another minute and remove from the heat.

Now take a biscuit in the cream cracker and keep a little of the potato mixture.

Keep another biscuit on it and press it a little with your hand.

Keep the protruding potato mixture inside and shape.

Now add 3 table spoons of flour in a bowl and add water little by little to make a thick flour liquid.

Dip the cream cracker biscuits made with the potato mixture first in the flour liquid and then roll in the breadcrumbs.

Now put another pan on the stove, add oil to it and when the oil heats up, fry the biscuits until golden.
