It's a blessing that I can write again today. Finally, have data to write. I'm from South Africa and love writing about food and my family.
Today I'm going to share with you guys about food again. I get a lot of upvotes about my food sharing, thank you to the @qurator team, @ecency team, and the @foodiesbeehive, as well as the @curangel
I really appreciate it.
These few days we like to make stir-fry foods. Sometimes I make it with rice and sometimes with pasta. It depends on how we feel.
I'm going to share with you guys the stir-fry with rice.

I made some pork chops with the rice stir-fry. I made the pork chops in the oven at 180ยฐc ยฐC
While the porkchops were in the oven, I added a cup of rice to a pot and rinsed it with cold water, and then added a amount of water and some salt. Then let it cook until it is cooked.
Next up, I took 1 and a half onions and cut them in half. At the shops, I found these small sweet peppers. It's actually very nice, though. We love them. I also chopped it up and added it to a frying pan with the onions and some oil.
While the onion mix was almost soft, I took a pack of stir-fry mix and added it to the onions. In the pack of vegetables were all kinds of vegetables, as you can see.
Now for the lovely taste, I added some salt and pepper, and some soya sauce and a Jan braai sauce. Oh, I love this kind of food these days.
Now for the crispy inside the food, I had a packet of peanuts, and I added it as well to the dish.
I took the rice and added it to the stir-fry, and mixed it well.
And my food is done.

I took the pictures with my Samsung A73 with a good-quality camera. Except that the light in my kitchen is not that bright, though. But I tried my best. ๐ซ
