And that is why today I am sharing with you a delicious shopsuey my style, something very simple and economical when it comes to prepare it, that is to say that I made it with vegetables that I have left in the fridge for dinner time, something simple without a lot of ingredients, but it was very tasty and as a good housewife in the kitchen so I started searching the fridge and I got a little bit of everything to be more specific, a little bit of white cabbage, purple, paprika, onion, zucchini, chives, some sausages, there was a little bit of everything that I had left.
Y por eso hoy comparto con ustedes un rico shopsuey al estilo mío algo muy sencillo y económico a la hora de prepararlo es decir que hice con restantes de vegetales que me van quedando en la nevera para la hora de la cena algo sencillo sin muchos ingredientes, pero que quedo muy rico y como buena ama de casa en la cocina así que empecé registrando la nevera y conseguí pedacito de cada cosa para ser más específico, un poquito de repollo blanco, morado, pimentón, cebolla, calabacín cebollino unas salchichas había un poquito de cada cosa que me estaban quedando

And where everything washed well and then I preceded to chop into thin strips or commonly julienne, so once I had everything well chopped I put it in a pan with a little bit of oil and started to sauté them little by little starting with the cabbage and then the zucchini and I left it for a while because they were the vegetables that needed more cooking and once I got the desired consistency I proceeded to add the other ingredients as the bell pepper the onion the chives the carrot and the sausages stirring leaving them all together and cook for 20 minutes more of cooking add the salt and soy sauce once all cooked I served hot and to taste so rich vegetable dish everything was very rich so much that I repeated the portions now they are planning to make them with chicken.
Y donde todo lo lave bien y luego precedí a picar en finas tiras o comúnmente en juliana, así que una vez que tenía todo bien picado lo coloqué en una sartén con un poquito de aceite y empecé a saltearlos poco a poco empezando por el repollo y luego el calabacín y lo dejé un buen rato por ser las hortalizas que necesitaban más cocción y una vez que conseguí la consistencia deseada procedí agregar los otros ingredientes como el pimentón la cebolla el cebollino la zanahoria y las salchichas revolviendo dejándolos todos unidos y cocer por 20 minutos más de cocción agregar la sal y salsa de soya una vez todo cocida serví caliente y a degustar tan rico plato de vegetales todo me quedo muy rico tanto que repitieron las porciones ahora están planeando hacerlos con pollo.
