I had a long tiring day at school and all I wanted was a quiet corner to breathe and recharge. That’s when I decided to visit Knoah Mari, it’s a newly opened cafe near our school. It is a charming café with a warm, vintage vibe that made me feel as if I time travelled.
The moment I stepped in, I was welcomed by the soft hum of the espresso machine, retro wall colors, and a snug ambiance that felt like I am in a different era. The café’s setup is very detailed from wooden accents, vintage furniture, soft lighting to warm color palette that are very mesmerizing to the eyes.
The menu was as inviting as the interior although it is not very budget-friendly for students like me. Their menu is filled with a variety of cakes, frappes, soda drinks, milk tea, and coffee blends. It took me a while to decide because honestly, there are a lot of beverages that are not available as of the moment. But I eventually went for their Soda Watermelon worth ₱180.00, which is recommended by the staff—a refreshing choice that surprisingly satisfied me. It was sparkling, fruity, and just what I needed to wash away the fatigue of the day.
I just did not enjoy it that much because of the noise however, I appreciated how calm it felt inside. If only it was not crowded during our visit, I can tell that it is made for people who want to unwind. I know for sure there are days that it is not crowded which makes it a good spot to release stress (well,just not today🤣).
I didn’t get to try the cakes or coffee this time, but I’m already looking forward to my next visit and I will surely try it and of course, I will definitely share my honest thoughts about it in another blog.
