This little brown bird was darting here and there among the tangled branches and vegetation. Hard to spot but it is perching on the branch in the middle.
Taking snapshots of birds is tricky business. I saw this bird and it remained visible for mere seconds. I only had time to take a quick snapshot. It's perching on the trunk.
At the Christmas market there was also a bird show with birds of prey.
Of all the birds in the world, I do have a soft spot for birds of prey but especially for owls.
The owl is an Eurasian eagle-owl.
