Looks like we're well on our way to the home teams going 8-0 in the 1st round of the #nba playoffs as Damien Lillard and the #bucks are up 20 on the #pacers late in the 3rd quarter. With the 8 seed #pelicans at the 1 seed #thunder for the nightcap, it looks likely the chalk takes game 1 all around. Playoff series are about adjustments though so we'll see what happens in Game 2.

That gives MN & OKC identical 50-22 records and moves the Wolves back into 2nd in the West because they hold the tiebreaker. They are both now 1 game back of Denver in the loss column, pending the Denver/Phoenix result later. Guess who the Wolves get on Friday? Yup, the #nuggets in Denver. Coupled with the #thunder's loss in Milwaukee, Minnesota is back within a game of 1st in the West. #wolves score on their first 13 possessions of the 4th quarter and turn a 22pt 2nd quarter deficit into a 20pt lead, coasting to a 118-100 win over the #clippers. ANT has 37 to lead the way. Coupled with the #thunder's loss at home to the #pacers, the Wolves are now tied with the #nuggets 1/2 game behind the Thunder in the West. It's going to be one helluva race to the finish.

Once again the #wolves try to stay atop the Western Conference with a game against the #clippers tonight in Los Angeles. Both teams are one game ahead in the loss column vs the #thunder and #nuggets (who also have a big game tonight against the #bucks). Should be a battle. I asked the question earlier whether the #wolves and #thunder would have the mental fortitude to take care of business. The answer is NO. The Wolves blew a 23 pt lead and lost in overtime and the Thunder couldn't stop the Jazz from scoring and lost as well. Going to be a grind to the finish line.
